Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Installation Manager to oversee the pricing quoting and installation process of health equipment for doctors offices hospitals and clinics nationwide. This role bridges vendor management client engagement and operational execution to ensure installations are delivered on time on budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify qualify and onboard assembly/installation service providers across the U.S. to build a reliable vendor network.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified vendors by region capability and performance history.
  • Solicit evaluate and compare installer quotes to ensure competitive pricing and alignment with project scope.
  • Ability to interpret and review floor plans to ensure accurate scope understanding and installation requirements.
  • Develop accurate and timely pricing proposals cost breakdowns and responses for client bids and RFPs.
  • Negotiate labor and service rates with vendors to balance cost efficiency and quality standards.
  • Select and award projects to qualified installers based on capability pricing and past performance metrics.
  • Oversee vendor execution to ensure adherence to scope timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for installation-related challenges proactively resolving delays cost overruns or quality concerns.
  • Partner with sales operations and client services teams to align pricing strategy with customer expectations and profitability goals.
  • Provide clear communication to internal stakeholders regarding timelines budgets and project status.
  • Track vendor performance project costs and margin impacts to provide regular reporting and data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify trends cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5 years of experience in project coordination vendor management pricing or installation services preferably in the health equipment or construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions client proposals and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools cost analysis software and vendor management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Must have a valid drivers license that is Real ID compliant in case the need arrives for site travel
  • Must be in good standing with National and Enterprise car rental companies.
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
