Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor at Park Place Hotel in Traverse City MI will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that all staff members perform their duties efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Supervise restaurant staff and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Cover shifts on the floor when needed
- Provide exceptional guest service in line with company standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekends/Nights/Holidays required
Benefits
Competitive compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
