The GTS Upgrades Operational Excellence Senior Leader is responsible for driving the operational excellence of GTS Upgrades through strategy deployment and processes continuous improvement in line with the operational priorities and targets defined for the business.

As a GTS Upgrades Operational Excellence Senior Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Defining prioritizing and leading programs and kaizen events to scale the organization sustainably while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching and deploying standard work lean practices and training across all key business processes and functions.
  • Coordinating across commercial project management engineering procurement planning and quality teams ensuring alignment with IET and GTS quality systems.
  • Establishing and running operating rhythms and KPIs using the x-matrix framework to monitor and drive performance.
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to reduce escaping defects improve responsiveness and implement effective RCA/NCA and CAPA processes.
  • Owning the Quality Management System (QMS) and the Upgrades Academy.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and lessons learned across the organization.
  • Reporting progress to UPG leadership and key GTS stakeholders.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Masters degree in Business Engineering or a related field with significant experience in process improvement and transformation program management.
  • Bring sound knowledge of business systems and lean frameworks.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent communication facilitation and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
  • Have proven experience in project or operations management within Gas Tech Equipment / Services environments.
  • Be a proven problem solver with a passion for operational excellence and quality.
  • Be fluent in English and Italian.
