Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Care Adviser to join our team in Canary Wharf London. Representing a prestigious global brand you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the brands reputation for excellence.

This is a full-time position offering 40 paid hours per week with shifts scheduled 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (8 hours per day). The role offers a competitive salary of 25584 and a range of benefits designed to support your professional growth and well-being.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Adviser your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer queries via email and phone in a timely friendly and professional manner.
  • Processing new customer orders and providing advice on products including upselling opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively.
  • Performing administrative tasks to support the team and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Continuously improving processes and ways of working to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.

Day-to-Day

Your typical day as a Customer Care Adviser will involve:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
  • Assisting customers with their queries orders and troubleshooting needs.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participating in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on company policies systems and best practices.
  • Upholding the values and reputation of the company and its clients in every customer interaction.
