LETS GET DOWN TO BUSINESS
We are looking for a Business Analyst in Credit Cards to join our Banking team.
You will be responsible for :
- Analyze and document business requirements related to credit card operations
- Identify business needs trends and competition
- Define product strategy
- Propose product & service improvements
- Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Act as interface between the stakeholdersand project management
- Bridge the business needs with IT
SHOW US WHAT YOUVE GOT
It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
Background :
- At least 5 years of experience in Cards
- Business analysis experience
Softskills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the banking industry especially in Belgium (players trends etc.)
- Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT
- Able to communicate with senior management
- Analytical mind conceptual thinking
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Structured approach
- Able to work independently
- Problem-solver
- Quality-minded and eye for detail
- Goal-oriented
- Open to change
- Team player
