Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote optimal daily care: Assist residents with personal and oral hygiene nutrition exercise and socialization ensuring their well-being and happiness.
  • Create a safe and clean environment: Encourage residents to care for their personal space and belongings keeping their rooms tidy and clean.
  • Ensure safety and quality: Follow all safety security and infection control protocols ensuring the well-being of residents coworkers and the facility.
  • Customer satisfaction: Provide exceptional service to our residents exceeding their expectations and ensuring their happiness.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED: Obtain the necessary knowledge and comprehension skills to excel in your role.
  • Multilingual skills: Ability to read write and converse in English. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Compassion and empathy: Show respect for residents privacy and dignity providing personal care with a caring touch.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Relate to individuals of diverse backgrounds cultures religions and abilities.
