Your challenge
Your Mission Digital Sales Focus
As a Digital Sales Intern for the Baltic markets (Estonia Latvia Lithuania) you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the region:
Engage with customers communicate in a Baltic language (Estonian Latvian or Lithuanian) prepare offers follow up on leads
Support the sales funnel from first contact to successful deal closing
Leverage AI tools work with our sales automation systems to make processes faster and smarter
Boost customer happiness ensure buyers and sellers feel supported every step of the way
Your profile
Enrolled at a non-German Erasmus university ideally near graduation
Available for a minimum of 3 months in Hamburg
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Estonian Latvian or Lithuanian required; Russian is a strong plus
Solid English skills for internal communication
Strong communicator motivated by reaching goals and helping customers succeed
Eager to learn and ready to take responsibility from day one
