Job Description

Position Title: VP Finance
Position Location: 350 Ring Road Elizabethtown Kentucky 42701
Travel: 5% international travel required.
Days / Hours: Mon Fri / 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
Summary of Duties: Manage and develop the Finance HR and IT teams. Supervise monthly closing management reporting and budget process. Perform various ad hoc controlling and financial projects. Responsible for the further roll-out and improvement of our ERP and Bl system. Assist in transaction support M&A and corporate finance. Ensure the reliability of financial data and procedures. First contact for audit bank and legal matters. Responsible for the roll-out of internal audit procedures. Sparring partner for group as well as local management.
REQUIREMENTS: Masters degree or equivalent in finance accounting economics or related field of study and 7 years of experience in finance.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:
5 years of experience with SAP Fi/Co modules for accounting and controlling operations;
5 years of experience with SAP Analytics integration in Excel for financial reporting;
5 years of experience in building and enriching MS Power BI models and reporting dashboards as well as Power Query and PowerPivot in MS Excel;
Making capital investment cases for manufacturing equipment and machinery IT projects and other business related projects in MS Excel using NPV and (X)IRR functions;
Using Flowsparks (LMS Training Tool); and
Applying U.S. GAAP accounting principles to maintain accounting ledger.
