You will: Be a key early on team member reimagining power conversion ... Redefine the fundamentals of how power flows from the rack to the processor core ... Define the architecture process selection optimizing efficiency developing control techniques and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop state-of-the-art power ICs.
You will: Demonstrate a profound understanding in analog design techniques power conversion principles efficiency analysis and control topologies ... Define and execute IP development ... Collaborate with marketing to deliver on key product specs ... Execute design goals to schedule ... Collaborate with test and product engineers on quality and testability goals ... Identify and solve technical roadblocks to ensure successful project execution ... Mentor junior team members.
Your skills and experience will include: Concept to mass production track records ... Extensive knowledge of BCD semiconductors and assembly processes ... High current (>20A) power IC designs ... High voltage (>30V) power IC designs ... Design experience in Buck Boost LDOs gate drivers and amplifiers ... Constant-on-time current mode multi-phase DCDC ... Power design and layout techniques for robustness and reliability ... Debugging complex problems ... Design and layout CAD tools.
Location: Hybrid worksite San Jose CA
Compensation: Base salaries to $250000 with a generous stock equity and bonus.
