Together were shaping the future by enabling customers to make pivotal decisions that safeguard communities and power progress.Responsibilities:
- Storage Inventory Management
- Checking of physical qty and general packaging condition for new incoming
- System Receiving (GR) and transfer items for CTE Inspection
- Raise NCR for any discrepancy (related to PO qty / rev / part number) against system info to SCM team if not resolved within stipulated grace period
- Binning of CTE accepted items / ARU new parts / Sub-con Repaired Serviceable to designated Storage area
- Picking Kitting & Issuing of parts requested via Work Orders / Manufacturing Orders
- Consumable Kitting via Kanban Card
- Processing of Exchange Requests from Workshop / Production & Scrap Request
- Inventory Management (e.g. Inventory Storage 5S Cycle-count Expiring component management Support Inventory Audit etc) - General
- Packaging material & stationery monitoring and replenishment
- Monitoring and arrangement of calibration / servicing for essential equipment (e.g. weighing scale material handling equipment etc)
- Filing of all related shipping / Warehouse essential document
- Workplace 5S & HSE
Requirements:
- Min. GCE O Level
- Experience in Warehousing will be preferred
- Basic Computer skills (e.g. Internet surfing email etc)
Other Information:
- Work Location: Changi North Rise
- Working Days: Monday - Friday
- Company transport provided from designated MRT stations.
- Contract for 1 Year renewable based on business requirements
