Job Summary
Coperion is now seeking a Painter Prep Operator to join our team in Sabetha KS.
This role is essential in ensuring that all parts and equipment are properly prepared for painting contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.
Work Youll Do:
Wiping product down with thinner
Properly manage and dispose of all generated hazardous waste
Masking off non-painted parts
Hang parts on racks for painting
Skid units prior to paint
Assembly of parts prior to paint
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Attention to detail ability to follow instructions accurately good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in paint preparation or related manufacturing roles is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and adapt is highly valued.
