We are currently seeking an experienced Locum Paediatric Dietitian to join the team at University Hospitals of North Midlands (UHNM). This role involves covering general outpatient clinics as well as gastroenterology outpatient services. The successful candidate will be confident in managing a varied caseload and delivering high-quality nutritional care in a busy clinical setting.
In this role you will:
Provide expert nutritional assessment and management for paediatric patients in general and gastroenterology outpatient clinics.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary interventions accordingly.
Educate patients families and staff on nutritional strategies and dietary management.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NHS standards.
To be considered for this role you must have:
A recognised degree in Dietetics.
HCPC registration.
Proven experience in paediatric dietetics particularly in outpatient and gastroenterology settings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
