Job Summary
Wastewater Project Manager
Minnesota Direct Hire $109-160k
We are partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor looking to expand their presence in the water/wastewater sector. They deliver projects up to $15M (and larger complex scopes) with a reputation for quality innovation and safety. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with career stability and upward growth.
Wastewater PM Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with emphasis on water/wastewater treatment and utility systems.
- Manage budgets contracts change orders and cost controls.
- Oversee scheduling procurement and subcontractor coordination.
- Maintain strong client engineer and trade partner relationships.
- Drive safety quality and compliance standards on every project.
Wastewater PM Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6 years of project management experience with water/wastewater or heavy civil projects valued at $5M.
- Proficiency with Procore MS Project Bluebeam or similar project software.
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $109000 $179000 based on experience.
