Job Description
Wastewater Project Manager
Minnesota Direct Hire $109-160k
We are partnering with a nationally recognized general contractor looking to expand their presence in the water/wastewater sector. They deliver projects up to $15M (and larger complex scopes) with a reputation for quality innovation and safety. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with career stability and upward growth.
Wastewater PM Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout with emphasis on water/wastewater treatment and utility systems.
Manage budgets contracts change orders and cost controls.
Oversee scheduling procurement and subcontractor coordination.
Maintain strong client engineer and trade partner relationships.
Drive safety quality and compliance standards on every project.
Wastewater PM Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
6 years of project management experience with water/wastewater or heavy civil projects valued at $5M.
Proficiency with Procore MS Project Bluebeam or similar project software.
OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $109000 $179000 based on experience.
