Job Type:Contract
Schedule: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM (12-hour shifts 30-minute break)
Pay Rate:$30/Hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting while working collaboratively with physicians RNs and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient health document care and update medical records accurately
Support rehabilitation and recovery efforts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes

Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico
CPR/BLS certification (preferred)
Prior experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing (preferred)
Strong communication organizational and teamwork skills
