A transitional rehabilitation program designed for clients recovering from neurological injuries. We offer a residential setting with 10 beds private suites and the feel of a beautiful Northern Michigan lodge.

Here at Dixie our focus is quality care; we keep low staffing ratios so our clients get the care they need and deserve.

Our clients have access to intensive therapy services educational programs adaptive sports community outings and more!

What you will do:

. Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include but not limited to the following:

• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Companionship
• Personal hygiene care
• Transportation assistance
• Other light duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with valid drivers license
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable reliable and ability to work independently with good judgement
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
