This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $20-$25/hr depending on skill level. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN APPRENTICE PLUMBER
As an entry-level Apprentice Plumber you come to work every day ready to learn and grow your skills! You work alongside our team of experienced plumbing technicians actively observing their processes and asking questions along the way. Eager to help you assist our techs as they complete their tasks and listen as they teach you the necessary skills for the job. You pay close attention to your team learning everything from communicating with clients to properly servicing plumbing systems and equipment.
As your skills develop and your confidence grows you gradually take on more responsibility and become more independent. You strive to uphold our company values treat our customers well and produce work that meets our high standards. You are highly motivated to learn this essential trade and are excited to advance in this practical high-paying career!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN APPRENTICE PLUMBER
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work from heights or small crawl spaces
- Basic computer tablet and smartphone skills
Any plumbing experience would be a plus but isnt required. We will train you! Do you have great communication and interpersonal skills Are you honest and reliable Can you learn while on the job Do you have a positive can-do attitude Are you a creative and capable problem solver If yes you might just be perfect for this apprenticeship!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN APPRENTICE PLUMBER
The typical schedule for this entry-level apprenticeship is Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Overtime work is also available.
