Salary:
- Associate Licensed Clinicians: $75000 $80000/year (DOE)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians:$80000 $87000/year (DOE)
Looking to make a difference and be part of an amazing and growing team in an amazingly beautiful setting Join us at Embarks short term adolescent residential treatment center in Springville Utah located in the beautiful Wasatch Mountain Range only a half hour from the Salt Lake Valley.
Students live in a family style residence where community and interpersonal relationships are encouraged. Our staffoffer guidance and support to adolescents and their families that include multi-modal family system approaches to amplify and solidify change.
Responsibilities
- Limited caseloads: No more that 8 that allow for establishing good rapport with clients.
- Evidence-Based Practices:Emphasize your knowledge and experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions (DBT TF-CBT Smart Recovery Seeking Safety ACT.)
- Client-Centered Approach:Stress your commitment to providing client-centered care tailoring therapy to meet individual group & family therapy needs.
- Collaborative Care:Express a willingness to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals including physicians psychiatrists and other specialists.
- Ability to work with a diverse population and understanding cultural nuances is crucial especially in a diverse area like Springville UT.
- Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous & timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.
- Contribute to the achievement of program goals by implementing and meeting outcomes testing and standards.
- Oversee the fulfillment of program completion and discharge requirements for all students: Most Critical Outcome is 80% of program completion for your caseload.
- Develop comprehensive discharge plans for students ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members.
- Seize the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with adolescents and their families bringing joy to their lives and contributing to generational healing.
Qualifications
- Minimum masters Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW) Clinical Social Work (CSW) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or a related discipline.
- Active Utah licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
- Associate:Certified Social Worker (CSW) Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) & Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC).
- Fully Licensed:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) & Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC).
- A desire to facilitate client growth through a team approach working with other care providers.
- A desire to perform and develop counseling/therapeutic expertise in individual family and group therapy.
- Preferred- Two years of working experience as a therapist leading individual family and group therapy sessions.
- Preferred- One year of experience in a residential setting using relational experiential and systemic modalities.
- Ability to plan implement and adjust a course of treatment as required.
- Ability to pass a state background check.
- Required to have CAQH profile established or updated if you have one and obtain an NPI number for credentialing purposes.
