Normal Work Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary:The Manager of Academic Advising provides direct supervision of Academic Advisors. Hires trains and conducts performance evaluations. May oversee a specific type of academic advising.
Required Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree and five (5) years of student advising experience in higher education; OR masters degree and three (3) years of student advising experience in higher education.
Preferred Qualifications:Masters degree in Education or related field with teaching certification. Knowledge of University College of Education and State Department of Education regulations. Work experience in student records supervisory capacity and in student-oriented leadership position at university level.
