Overview
Presbyterian is seeking a Associate Configuration Analyst! This position is responsible for providing basic configuration and maintenance for production applications. Under general supervision this person will provide a variety of basic technical tasks related to assigned area of responsibility. Work directly with business units and other stakeholders to gather business requirements.
This role involves configuring and maintaining production applications- particularly within HRP (HealthRules Payer) - to meet payment accuracy needs across all lines of business. The analyst works closely with business units to gather requirements and perform essential technical tasks under general supervision.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in related technical/business area plus 0-2 years of experience in IT. 3 years additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 0-2 years of application specific experience.
Responsibilities
- Under direct supervision responsible for providing basic configuration testing/quality review documentation and maintenance of applications. Provides a variety of basic tasks related to assigned area of responsibility. Work directly with business units and other stakeholders to gather business requirements
- Uses basic analytical and problem solving skills as well as an understanding of the business and systems to resolve problems with production applications. Participates with testing and validation efforts.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the configuration relationships between the subsystems applications modules etc. Work with end users to identify needs and resolve problems
Participates in review impact assessment testing and modifications for application updates upgrades and installations. - Gather and create business requirements.
