Job Requirements
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Highschool Diploma
Experience: Minimum of 3 years medical equipment service experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (If none please enter N/A):
Manufacturer training in specific biomedical equipment modalities is highly desirable.
CERTIFICATIONS LICENSES REGISTRATIONS PREFERRED (If none please enter N/A):
AAMI BMET/CRES/CLES certification is highly desirable
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSAs) (If none please enter N/A):
Excellent technical knowledge of biomedical equipment preventive and corrective repair standards.
Ability to analyze troubleshoot and resolve equipment repairs is critical to success in this role.
Knowledge of computers electrical electronic and mechanical principles required.
Ability to explain and demonstrate the correct operation of biomedical equipment to medical personnel required.
Knowledge of biomedical equipment preventive and corrective repair standards.
Must be physically able to lift up to 40 lbs.
