Job Summary

Join our team as a Transaction Processing Associate! In this role you will support Data Completion personnel by ensuring accurate posting and processing of payments assisting with quality checks and helping with scheduling and workflow. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with strong accuracy skills and a passion for supporting financial operations.

WORKSITE: CA - Mather - 10390 Peter A. McCuen Boulevard

WORK SCHEDULE: Up to five days a week including Saturdays. Shifts vary between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM. Normal schedule is 7:30 AM 4:00 PM. Flexibility and occasional overtime required.

PAY RATE: $18/hr

WHAT YOULL DO:

Accurately post financial information using a PC workstation.

Ensure all payments are processed timely and accurately in accordance with contractual obligations.

Assist with staff scheduling workflow planning and research of unprocessed payments (suspense) using Kidstar and CSE systems.

Perform quality control checks and assist with DE Quality Ratings. Maintain professional standards of conduct attendance and dress code.

Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOULL BRING:

High School diploma or GED.

Experience in Data Completion (alpha and numeric) or 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.

Knowledge of Windows desktop applications required.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to sit for long periods handle paperwork and perform repetitive keyboarding motions.
