For Material Engineering servicesin the Manufacturing area.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:
The Technical Part:
- Bachelors Degreein Engineering or related field and at least five (5) yearsof previous exposure to Injection Molding activities within the regulated industry.
- Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
- Shift: Administrative & according to business needs
- Experience in:
- Validations and processing technical documents (DOE/OQ/PQ)
- Nonconformance investigations and CAPAs
- Injection Molding
- Suppliers (Plus)
- GMP & GDP regulations

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Plans conducts and manages multiple engineering projects across various disciplines.
- Performs vendor proposal analysis and justification of capital and expense projects for medium-complexity project development of medium complexity.
- Develops implements and qualifies material equipment and/or process enhancements/changes that will improve product quality yield process sustainability efficiency and safety.
- Strong analytical approach to problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions.
- Project Management to qualify supplier changes to processes systems tools and/or equipment at external suppliers or internal.
- Root cause analysis for problem solving and improvement of manufacturing equipment processes and systems.
- Responsible for all associated project documentation to include those that involve change management and quality system.
- Work with agility to solve unplanned downtime or excessive rejects and be proactive in developing solutions to increase uptime.
