Développer des idées de contenu natif qui répondent aux tendances locales fêtes pop culture et styles de créateurs régionaux.
Réutiliser le contenu dinfluenceurs et de la marque dans des formats édités optimisés pour les plateformes canadiennes et les attentes du public.
Collaborer avec les équipes globales régionales et locales sur les fonctions social influence marketing et créatives.
Surveiller et réagir aux tendances de la culture digitale canadienne musique mèmes moments viraux et formats de créateurs.
Tester apprendre et optimiser continuellement le contenu en fonction des indicateurs de performance et des retours du public.
Compétences / Qualifications :
2 ans dexpérience dans la création de contenu social avec un solide portfolio de vidéos courtes.
Connaissance approfondie de la culture digitale canadienne (y compris le Québec) des plateformes sociales et des formats de contenu en évolution.
Expérience pratique des outils de montage tels que CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects etc.
Solides compétences en storytelling et capacité à rendre le contenu de marque authentique ludique et en phase avec les tendances.
Expérience dans la localisation de contenu global en équilibrant le ton de la marque et les nuances locales.
Esprit dinitiative capable de travailler de manière autonome et de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

About the Role:

- Deep knowledge of Canadian (inclusive of Quebec) digital culture social platforms and evolving content formats
- Hands-on experience with editing tools like CapCut Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects etc.
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to make branded content feel fun authentic and trend-aligned
- Experience localizing content from global sources and balancing brand tone with local nuance
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
