Infotainment & Sound System Engineer

- Lead and coordinate infotainment and sound system development across multiple vehicle platforms;
- Define and verify specifications for Infotainment Head Units Navigation systems Smartphone interfaces Audio systems and peripheral devices;
- Manage diagnostics power/network management and software pre-delivery verification;
- Ensure compliance with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) regulatory guidelines and OEM certification processes;
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams using tools like Jira Confluence;
- Support homologation certification and validation activities across global markets;
- Maintain documentation and deliverables using industry-standard formats and platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive infotainment and sound system development;
- Strong system engineering and architecture skills;
- Knowledge of CAN Ethernet LIN MOST Audio Bus Protocols (A2B AVB) Navigation systems Android Automotive and CarPlay certification processes;
- Familiarity with VW Group standards and development processes is a plus;
- Hands-on experience with tools: Jira Confluence.
