Urgent Hire Nursing Home Administrator
Location: Arizona State Veterans Home Flagstaff Az
Pay: Competitive (Based on Experience)
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator to lead operations at our Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility serving Arizonas Veterans. This is a mission-driven leadership role with the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of those who have served our country.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and management of the skilled nursing facility.
Oversee budgets staffing and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining top-quality care.
Develop and implement policies goals and programs to enhance facility operations.
Represent the facility to government agencies Veterans organizations and community partners.
Apply Arizona Management System (AMS) tools to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
35 years of Long-Term Care experience including time as an Administrator.
Current Arizona Nursing Home Administrator license (required).
High school diploma required; advanced education preferred.
Valid drivers license (required for State business).
Valid Arizona DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.
