MMR is seeking aDistrict Fleet Safety Coordinator out of our Odessa TX district. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and monitoring of vehicle safety and regulatory compliance programs within the assigned district. This role ensures that all company-owned and operated vehicles including non-regulated (regular) CMV and DOT-regulated vehiclesare operated safely and in full compliance with local state and federal regulations. This position serves as the primary point of contact for fleet safety matters at the district level.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Vehicle Safety Oversight
- DOT Compliance
- Non-DOT Fleet Compliance
- Training and Coaching (Samsara Camera ID Dashboard training etc.)
- Incident/Accident Management

- Reporting and Data Analysis
-Administrative and Collaborative tasks (serves as liaison between corporate fleet safety and district-level personnel)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Certification which may be a plus: OSHA Fleet Safety Certification National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA) Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Associate Safety Professional (ASP) Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST) Construction Site Safety Technician (CSST).
