What Youll Be Doing
- Reaching out to potential clients through phone email and digital channels
- Building genuine connections and understanding their training needs
- Creating and delivering engaging proposals and presentations
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Keeping your CRM and pipeline on track
- Staying up to date with industry trends so you can add real value in every conversation
What Were Looking For
- Experience in B2B sales (bonus if its in training safety or services)
- Confident communication skills especially over the phone and in presentations
- A self-starter who thrives on targets and hitting goals
- Someone who truly enjoys helping clients find the right solution
