It offers the most comprehensive wealth management solution for financial Advisors in the credit union banking insurance and investment dealer sectors.

About the Role

Reporting to the Professional Services Director the Project Manage is respounsiable for leading software development and dlivery projects across multiple cross-functional teams. Focused on results the Project Manager supports alignment across teams as they deliver to objectives. The Project Manager helps maintain the overall health of the project stepping in to proactively remove obstacles mitigate risks and address issues as required.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be accountable for:

- Quality and Timeliness of the final delivery for each project
- Maintaining consistent methods across cross-functional teams teams
- Delivering continuous improvement of cross-team efficiency and SDLC practices over time
- Providing a high degree of visibility into the health of the overall project progress at all times
- Managing client communications and expectations during the delivery lifecycle to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction
- Applying and tracking project KPIs to ensure successful execution adherence to schedule and delivery of milestones

The Project Manager will achieve success in supporting the Professional Services Director on these accountabilities through the following responsibilities:

- Acting as the prime escalation point for all cross-team work items through planning estimation design development testing implementation client deployment and transition to support activities for product development initiatives.
- Managing client engagement during project delivery by facilitating regular updates managing expectations and addressing concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Driving and facilitating continuous grooming and maintenance of all Program Backlogs.
- Driving and facilitating the preparation readiness scheduling and execution of all Cross-Program Planning activities.
- Tracking monitoring communicating and escalating all cross-team delivery objectives and all major delivery impediments.
- Applying project KPIs and metrics rigorously to measure progress quality and effectiveness of projects and teams proactively identifying areas requiring attention and adjustment.
- Escalating cross-team issue resolution and risk mitigation efforts to a conclusion for complex cross-discipline issues through creative solutions and innovative ideas.
- Identifying and implementing the measurement of necessary metrics to measure the progress and effectiveness of projects/teams.
Enforcing technology standards and processes including standard SDLC methodology when applicable.
- Driving and facilitating the integration of cross-program teams including Application development DevOps Release Management Integration Teams System Teams and Infrastructure.
- Driving and facilitating closure of UAT defects across teams.
- Providing people management for cross-program teams nurturing talent and fostering career growth in our people.

Required Soft Skills:

- Strong self starter able to define structure and direction rather than waiting for it to be defined.
- Ability to multitask adapt to changing priorities be decisive under ambiguity and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
- Proactivity in terms of identifying areas of weakness and striving for improvement.
- Strong verbal written communication and presentations skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of users/management including external clients and vendors.
- Strong organization skills interpersonal skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Aptitude and interest to quickly learn new and emerging technologies and methods.

Proficient in English and Spanish is a must.

Technical Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems Computer Science or related field preferred
- 5 years managing large scale projects
- Strong working experience in iterative software delivery methodologies Agile SCRUM etc.
- Strong working experience in project management tools - JIRA Monday etc.
- Working experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is an asset.
- Background in the financial services industry is preferred
