About The Role

Reporting to the CRM Strategy & Planning Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop comprehensive CRM strategies and plans that align with key business objectives and priorities. Your efforts will also be focused on enabling our operations team to meet reach engagement and conversion objectives by providing a clear vision strategy and approach.

Additionally you will spearhead significant CRM initiatives and strategic projects to ensure that we remain at the forefront of CRM technology and deliver unparalleled experiences for our customers.

Day to day you will:

  • Assist with CRM planning activities including the development of regular CRM plans campaign calendars and messaging frameworks to support BAU operations.
  • Deliver GTM plans and approach for CRM comms across key events product and value launches and sustainability initiatives.
  • Work closely with the operations team to translate CRM plans and priorities into actionable tasks and projects providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution.
  • Help monitor and analyse CRM performance data and insights identifying opportunities for optimisation and refinement and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain open communication channels with all stakeholders providing updates on campaign planning progress insights and recommendations.
  • Help develop holistic customer strategies across all segments and lifecycles that encompass multiple touchpoints and channels to influence reach engagement and conversion.
  • Analyse customer data and behavioural insights to identify opportunities for segmentation targeting and personalisation optimising campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Assist with the development of customer journey maps and personas to enhance understanding of customer needs preferences and pain points informing targeted communication strategies and tactics.

About You:

  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable CRM strategies and plans that drive results.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data extract insights and translate them into actionable strategies and plans.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities business needs and market dynamics in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Creativity and curiosity to explore innovative approaches and experiment with new ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise with the ability to lead and manage complex initiatives from conception to execution while meeting deadlines and objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and tools (e.g. Braze Adobe Salesforce HubSpot etc.) as well as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in CRM strategy and planning with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
