What to expect.
We are seeking a licensed social worker or counselor to serve as Clinic Director for our outpatient mental health center. The clinic provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for children adolescents and adults.
The Clinic Director will oversee daily operations supervise a multidisciplinary team manage budgets maintain regulatory compliance and strengthen community and referral relationships. Specific responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and crisis management while driving program growth and success.
- Supervising treatment teams and program support staff ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Overseeing clinical and administrative staff providing leadership and training to ensure excellent clinical care customer services and compliance.
- Coordinating workflows with other Sheppard Pratt clinics focusing on standardization of operations and change management.
- Ensuring compliance with all documentation requirements CARF regulations and business workflows.

What we need from you.
- Must possess one of the following at time of hire:
- Maryland Licensed Certified Social Worker Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Maryland Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in a clinical setting with a proven track record of providing patient care while also taking on increasing leadership and management responsibilities.
The pay range for this position is $90000 minimum to $120000 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to license and years and level of related experience.
