Title: Accounting Specialist II
Location: Picatinny Arsenal NJ (On-site no exceptions)

Requirement: US Citizenship and eligible to obtain secret clearance if needed

Compensation: 75-100K DOE
WisEngineering is currently interviewing candidates to support a key government program at Picatinny Arsenal! Were seeking a mid-level accounting/financial professional with strong analytical skills expert Excel experience and hands-on knowledge of Army/DoD financial systems. This is a fully on-site role providing critical support for financial operations and analysis.
Required experience supporting all of the following:
(Preferred) Accounting/Finance Degree
(Required) 4-8 Years of experience within a military or government environment
(Preferred) Previousor Current Active DoD Secret Clearance
(Must have)The ability to obtain and maintain a clearance if required

This is a fully on-site role providing critical support for financial operations and analysis.
Required experience supporting all of the following:
- Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A)
- PowerTrack (TAC)
- Defense Automated Time Attendance and Production System (DATAAPS / ATAPS)
- Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)
- Manage unliquidated obligations (ULOs) open commitments and track financial transactions.
- Process invoices billings and cash collections and resolve IDOC errors.
- Perform variance analysis forecasting and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel tools including pivot tables macros and formulas.
- Investigate discrepancies identify root causes and resolve complex financial issues.
- Collaborate with government staff and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and smooth operations.
- Hands-on experience with DTS GCSS-A PowerTrack (TAC) DATAAPS/ATAPS and WAWF.
- Expert Excel skills including pivot tables macros formulas and forecasting.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and issue-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work on-site at Picatinny Arsenal full-timeno exceptions.
- Detail-oriented organized and able to work independently and collaboratively.
