The GATORWORKS organization is seeking aDirector Digital Development Acceleratorto lead the team responsible to scale and implement digital program execution across processes and products - for Military Engines and P&W. These processes cutting edge digital tools and implementation playbook will be leveraged by programs and program management professionals across the business. The role includes integration with Engineering Model Base Enterprise and Operations manufacturing digitalpursuits.

GATORWORKS is atechnology product and capability incubator focused on rapid-prototypingdemonstration and engine to airframe integration across the earliest phase of development. The team is expanding the Military Engines product portfolio with cutting edge technology innovative use of existing capability with focus on a new and non-traditional customer base and acquisition environment. Developing testing and fielding technologies for thewarfighter faster and more efficiently is common to our mission across all programs. This includes scaling fully digital developmenttechniques transforming how we work internally and with our customers.

Candidate leaders will need to have demonstrated the ability to bring together a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders developed and executedroadmapsand strategies and ideally scaled or implementedchangeacross organizations. Sound and demonstrated record of program and project execution to key deliverables and KPIs is required.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a direct team of 12 with creativity courage versatility and mission focus.
• Successful development and implementation of the digital scaling strategy and playbook.
• Own and execute a portfolio of digital projectsunlocking key capabilities and solutions for our customers.
• Represent development program team on thePratt & Whitney Military Engines digital council.
• Provide input to and drive adoption ofcompanydigital work and products.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelors degreewith a minimum of 14 years of progressive responsibility.
• 10 years of demonstrated experience working with business leadership influencing effectively across all levels of the organization required.
• 10 years of hands-on experience with structured project management and a dynamic problem solver with the ability to craft solutions to everyday challenges with creative new ideas required.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Engineering or similar degree preferred; MA/MS/MBA preferred.
• You can communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbal and written.
• You have demonstrated skills leadingchangethroughorganization.
• Strong analytical systems and critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing conflict and diffusing difficult situations.
• Proven customer focused experience and excellent business judgment.
• You thrive in a dynamic work environment.

The salary range for this role is 176000 USD - 352000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
