The M&FF Operator position is a Full time Regular position.Responsibilities
- Verify that the processed correspondence complies with the parameters established by the mail.
- Read and interpret documents to process PAVE mail Insert fold combine letters and envelopes.
- Paste seals with TABS (glue) and LABLES (hand directions).
- Operate the card inserting machine.
- Weigh the correspondence to estimate what will be going to be mailed.
- Prepare cards with mail information for placing in address trays.
- Check the address format in the letters and break them down by the zip code.
- Ensure that the correct information is printed before placing the cards on the production line.
- Draw cards by machine or manual.
- Check that the trays contain the correct information.
- Support the sweepstakes machine technician in case it is damaged.
- Inform the Group Leader about work done erroneously in the operation.
- Comply with all policies administrative and human resources procedures established by the company.
