Job Description
What Youll Do
- Own and oversee month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations under US GAAP
- Partner with outsourced finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Support internal and external financial reporting SOX controls and audit processes
- Collaborate with FP&A Treasury and senior finance leaders across EMEA
- Drive process improvements and contribute to system enhancements
What Were Looking For
- 23 years of experience ideally in outsourced finance environments or at a commercial real estate company
- Detail-oriented proactive and highly organized
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables complex functions)
- Experience with USGAAP or IFRS is nice to have but not obligatory
- Workday Hyperion knowledge a plus
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a bonus
