This Input and iPad System EPM will work closely with cross functional Engineering teams who are focused on the development of the key technologies that enable next generation iPad and Input accessories such as Pencil and keyboards. This means you are someone capable of quickly gaining understanding of program and cross functional needs and keeping up with their dynamic nature. You will partner with a team of cross functional partners to set strategy for technology development and lead its implementation in support of new and exciting products: you cant tell anyone but theyre so cool! Major responsibilities: Drive product convergence and overall program schedules. Guide failure analysis and resolution of technical issues. Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication. Prepare and deliver concise and succinct technical updates. Understand and communicate complex technical/engineering issues. Identify and resolve conflicts inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.
3 years experience HW Program Management or Engineering Management work - managing cross-functional teams on HW/SW integration in development phase
Leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills
Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
BS degree desired
5 years experience HW Program Management or Engineering Management work - managing cross-functional teams on HW/SW integration in development phase
Directly managed 2 product development cycles for a System with HWand SW integration involved.
BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support Engineering efforts (up to 30%)
