Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruit and organize players for the Esports team ensuring a diverse andbalanced roster.2. Lead regular team practices focusing on skill development strategy andteamwork.3. Foster a positive team culture emphasizing sportsmanship respect and personalgrowth.4. Provide individual player development through one-on-one coaching andfeedback.5. Monitor academic performance and behavior to ensure student-athletes maintaineligibility.6. Prepare the team for local regional and national Esports competitions andtournaments.7. Organize and manage team participation in league matches scrimmages andevents.8. Coordinate travel arrangements schedules and logistics for competitions (ifapplicable).9. Analyze game footage and performance to help strategize for future as the primary point of contact between the team parents and the schooladministration.11. Promote the Esports program to the broader school community encouragingstudent regularly with students and parents regarding practice schedulesgame results and team that the team has access to necessary hardware software and the maintenance and setup of the teams gaming equipment with school administration to ensure the proper allocation of resources forthe program.E-Sports
