Job Summary

MANDATED Job Requirements:

At least two years of SNF/LTC Med Surg experience
BLS (AHA)
Covid Vaccine Required - Medical & Religious Exemptions can be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
This is a challenging location to work at. This need is not for LPNs that may have difficulty handing high paced/stress climate.

It is Imperative travelers clock out or they wont be compensated for that shift until a dispute is resolved.
