Job Description
Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Learning Module)
Location: Dallas TX / Jersey City NJ / Tampa FL (Onsite 3 days/week)
Duration: 6 Months
Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with 8 10 years of experience in HCM implementations and support including 5 years of specialization in the Oracle HCM Learning module. Skilled in configuring optimizing and supporting enterprise learning solutions ensuring compliance smooth user adoption and alignment with organizational learning strategies.

Other Expertise: LMS administration SCORM/xAPI standards instructional design

Act as SME for Oracle HCM Learning module managing configuration optimization and support.

Collaborate with HR IT and business teams to gather requirements and translate into functional solutions.

Support stakeholders with Alerts Composer notifications reminders and history reviews.

Manage learning content course structures learning paths and access.

Design and deliver OTBI reports/analysis to support HR operations compliance and decision-making.

Ensure data integrity and support reporting & analytics for learning compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Oracle support as needed.

Participate in system upgrades regression testing and change management.

Configure and optimize Redwood UI for better learner/recruiter experience.

Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and industry best practices.

Develop documentation user guides and training materials for end-users.

8 10 years in IT / HCM with 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning module experience.

Deep understanding of LMS platforms and e-learning standards (SCORM xAPI).

Strong experience in configuration testing troubleshooting and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to support enterprise learning strategies and compliance.

Oracle HCM Cloud Learning certification (or related modules).

Experience with third-party LMS integrations.

Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Strong knowledge of compliance and reporting frameworks.
