Look for C# Healthcare Material UI frontend-backend integration patterns Rally OR Agile Restful API CICD Docker
Knowledge of MIG Connectors and EMR integration strategies Understanding of data staleness indicators and progressive loading strategies FHIR
JD-
Proficiency in Fast API or similar Python-based web frameworks. Experience designing and building RESTful APIs with healthcare data standards.
Strong understanding of FHIR R4 UK and SNOMED CT data models.
Familiarity with asynchronous data aggregation and caching working with AWS services including Secrets Manager.
Ability to implement purpose-based access control including role mapping and data suppression.
Comfortable working in a containerized development environment (e.g. Docker).
Experience with mono-repo architecture and CI/CD of pluggable authentication mechanisms (e.g. CIS2 Optum Healthcare One).
Strong collaboration skills to work with frontend data and integration teams.
