About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and capable of handling multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Perform general office duties including ordering supplies maintaining record-keeping systems and handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Prepare invoices reports memos letters financial statements and other documents as needed.
File retrieve and manage corporate documents records and reports efficiently.
Read and analyze incoming memos submissions and reports to determine their significance and distribute them accordingly.
Schedule meetings prepare agendas and make necessary arrangements for committee board and executive meetings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Calendar and scheduling management for senior executives.
Excellent multi-tasking and time management capabilities.
High level of confidentiality and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Basic bookkeeping and reporting knowledge.
Familiarity with records management systems.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior staff if needed.
Prior experience working directly with executive leadership.
Bachelors Degree preferred (High School Diploma or GED required).
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in executive or administrative support roles.
Proven track record of supporting C-level executives is highly desirable.
