Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Java and Java EE development capable of analyzing legacy systems and devising cloud migration strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams apply AI code analysis tools and possess a strong understanding of DevSecOps and Agile methodologies.
The Systems Analyst role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Java and Java EE development capable of analyzing legacy systems and devising cloud migration strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams apply AI code analysis tools and possess a strong understanding of DevSecOps and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze legacy codebases to identify transformation paths for cloud migration.
- Integrate persistence layers with business logic using object-relational mapping.
- Collaborate with architects business analysts and security engineers to align development with business goals.
- Utilize AI code analysis tools for static analysis code understanding and pattern recognition.
- Implement automated testing deployment and monitoring within DevSecOps practices.
- Apply Agile methodologies sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- 12 years of deep hands-on experience in Java and Java EE development (EJB JPA SOAP-based services).
- 12 years of proficiency in Java SE 1.8 and Java EE 8 including deployment on enterprise-grade application servers.
- 12 years of experience with object-relational mapping.
- 10 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
- 8 years of experience with AI code analysis tools.
- 8 years of familiarity with DevSecOps practices.
- 8 years of exposure to cloud-native transformation strategies (containerization elastic scaling loosely coupled interfaces).
- 8 years of familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- 8 years of analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 8 years of understanding of software design principles and patterns.
