Job Position:
Role: Procurement Analyst
Location: White Plains NY
Duration: 12 months
Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Analyze and solve Procurement system and functional issues in SAP ERP (ECC or S4/HANA) and Ariba/Ivalua in a timely manner. Respond to business users for procurement system related questions and issues.
- Implement additional functionality to SAP MM Ariba and their testing
- Collect and analyze procurement data required for various reports on procurement activity including contract and inventory related activity.
- Prepare various reports using SAP data including state mandated annual report of procurement contracts
Skills
- Knowledge and experience of working in Procurement process - Source to Contract and Procure to Pay process.
- Functional knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) module tables transport transaction codes SAP Query and Reports required.
- Experience of working with business users to resolve their issues. Good communication skills and customer service support as well as organizational skills required.
- Functional knowledge of e-sourcing systems such as SAP Ariba Ivalua . Contract Management Catalog and Risk modules is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including but not limited to Word Excel Access and Power Point should be able to generate reports using Pivot tables XLOOKUP etc.
Education & Certifications
- Degree in Information management Computer Science Statistics or similar. Additional certifications such as SAP certifications preferred but not required.
