Job Summary
Job Description:

Prepare and manage RA bills final bills and reconciliation statements for MEP services
-
Validate and verify contractor bills against actual site measurements
-
Perform accurate quantity take-offs from GFC drawings for MEP services (HVAC electrical plumbing fire-fighting etc.)
-
Coordinate with execution and procurement teams to ensure timely certifications and approvals
-
Analyze BOQs work orders and specifications and ensure adherence to project budgets
-
Maintain proper documentation for internal audits and reporting
-
Assist in cost estimation tracking project costs and supporting budget planning
-
Identify variations or extra items and prepare deviation reports
