Communications Manager R&D Transformation (Hybrid/Remote King of Prussia PA)
Location: King of Prussia PA (onsite preferred remote work supported; global team requires flexible hours)
Type: Contract Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
Duration: 3 Months (initial with possible extension)

Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Communications Manager to lead internal communications for a major R&D transformation initiative. The role will develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies produce milestone-driven content and manage stakeholder engagement across multiple channels to ensure alignment and engagement during organizational change.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a communications plan supporting R&D transformation milestones

Partner with R&D Corporate & External Affairs Transformation Management Office and Change Enablement teams

Draft leader guides FAQs talking points townhall decks and tailored messaging for diverse stakeholders

Manage channels including R&D Connector internal portals newsletters and video series

Coordinate email campaigns and facilitate engagement through Q&A management and sentiment tracking

Maintain structured review cycles for deliverables and provide progress/risk updates to leadership

Govern confidentiality and compliance for all communications materials
