Job Description
Job Summary:
- Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Salesforce Architecture specializing in Salesforce Integration and Data Architecture to design and lead scalable solutions
Job Description:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integrations using REST SOAP Streaming APIs and event driven architectures.
- Architect and optimize Salesforce data models to support business processes and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform architecture including security models and governor limits.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach teams on best practices in Salesforce integration and data architecture.
- Drive adoption of DevOps practices including continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance for Salesforce implementations.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design develop test and deploy custom Salesforce applications focusing on integration and data architecture.
- Build and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Analyze and optimize complex business processes to support Salesforce architecture and data flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to Salesforce integrations and data management.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including integration specifications and data architecture diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Salesforce administrators business analysts and QA throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Lead agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning effort estimation and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
