### Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Speed of Light (SOL) execution at contract manufacturers to deliver zero manufacturing defects for NPI boards and system assemblies.
- Manage and oversee all operational aspects of board and system assemblies for Quick Turn (QT) and Mass Production (MP) products.
- Act as the primary operations subject matter expert driving contract manufacturer readiness for production ramps and new product launches.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency at CMs.
- Coordinate resources prioritize activities and establish schedules for multiple builds (QT MP Rework RMA) locally and internationally.
- Attend daily WIP calls with factories and provide regular status updates to Board Program Managers (BPM) or requestors.
- Manage and communicate build schedules shipment ETAs and tracking information; monitor critical shipments closely.
- Initiate special build instructions coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs) and verify BOM updates.
- Conduct Control Run Readiness Reviews and manage Control Run Builds including coordination and follow-up of board tests and diagnostics.
- Lead regular risk reviews to identify mitigate and close product risks ensuring quality ramp-up.
- Manage operational issues escalate key issues and present resolution options to cross-functional teams.
- Create and drive closure of Nvidia Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs); review open 8Ds in critical metric meetings.
- Maintain asset and equipment lists and conduct bi-weekly asset cycle verifications.

### Requirements:
- 7 years experience in contract manufacturing or production planning (PCBA focus).
- Bachelor s degree in Operations Manufacturing Management Logistics or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced multifaceted environment.
- Strong leadership facilitation problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborative and relationship-building mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel (including formulas pivot tables; macros a plus) SAP and MRP systems.
- Excellent English communication (reading writing speaking listening).
- Highly organized detail-oriented self-starter strong sense of ownership.
- APICS Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
- Flexible and willing to travel as needed.
