Job Description

Position: IT Support Technician II
Location: Charlotte NC (28208)
Client: State of North Carolina
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Support Technician II to manage user accounts and maintain data for a specific security role within PATH NC. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can follow established procedures and work independently. The role is focused solely on user administration without broader IT Service Desk functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user accounts including security roles and sub-roles.
  • Maintain the Directory of Services to ensure accuracy.
  • Update and manage contact information for relevant offices and schools.
  • Serve as the primary contact for county leadership on security role matters.
  • Provide feedback and participate in training and demonstrations.

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in IT account management or user administration.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow quick reference guides and established procedures.
  • Independent work capability in a focused role.
