We are looking for an IT Support Technician II to manage user accounts and maintain data for a specific security role within PATH NC. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can follow established procedures and work independently. The role is focused solely on user administration without broader IT Service Desk functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user accounts including security roles and sub-roles.
- Maintain the Directory of Services to ensure accuracy.
- Update and manage contact information for relevant offices and schools.
- Serve as the primary contact for county leadership on security role matters.
- Provide feedback and participate in training and demonstrations.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in IT account management or user administration.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow quick reference guides and established procedures.
- Independent work capability in a focused role.
