A well-established and fast-growing company in the telecommunications industry is seeking a Mid-Level Data Analyst to join their team. They specialise in delivering cost-effective high-quality business phone systems and broadband solutions to small businesses. About the Role

Report directly to the CTO
Collaborate closely with the development team senior management and cross-departmental stakeholders
Build and maintain dashboards for reporting trend analysis and forecasting
Work with tools like Looker Studio and with plans to potentially introduce full Looker
Drive independent projects with minimal supervision
Translate business questions into data models and actionable dashboards

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across departments highly self-directed and motivated by impact.

Must-Have Skills

Strong SQL experience with the ability to write complex queries and extract insights from raw data
Proficiency with at least one BI/reporting tool (e.g. Looker Studio Power BI Tableau )
Strong ability to work independently managing own priorities and timelines
Clear communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
24 years of relevant data analysis experience

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses
Exposure to Looker (full version)
Basic forecasting and modelling skills
Experience working with product marketing or operational data
