Reporting Analyst
Circle National Enquiry Centre - Glasgow
37.5 Hours & Permanent
Salary: Up to 26257.00 per year (depending on level of experience training and qualification)
Circle Health Group Decontamination is responsible for the provision of sterile equipment and instrumentation for use in surgical and interventional procedures in hospitals across England and Glasgow. The unit operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week with rotating shifts covering days and nights as required.
We have an opportunity for a Reporting Analyst to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
- Produce and manage NEC dashboards and monthly reports ensuring accuracy timeliness and consistency.
- Provide daily operational performance data to Operations Managers and Team Managers.
- Provide intraday performance monitoring and real-time call queue management across the NEC.
- Support operations by monitoring adherence and highlighting performance issues.
- Support the NEC Insights Manager and workforce planner by providing call enquiry and appointment volume forecasting.
- Analyse historical data and trends to inform operational planning and resource allocation.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Strong data analysis skills with proven experience in reporting and dashboard creation.
- Advanced skills in Excel and confidence using data and reporting systems.
- Experience providing operational performance reporting within a contact centre or similar environment.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills able to work to deadlines under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of stakeholder engagement requirement gathering and expectation management.
- Proven ability to identify trends provide insight and make recommendations for improvement.
