As a Physical Therapist at Champion Rehab youll:
- Provide direct patient care: continuous assessment of patient needs and functional deficits patient care/treatment ongoing modifications to the existing plan of care as needed ability to initiate appropriate referrals to other disciplines when needed
- Work closely with a skilled and dedicated interdisciplinary team to maximize patient satisfaction and overall success based on diagnosis and comorbidities
- Apply clinical expertise as necessary including but not limited to family and staff education/training recommendations and guidance for safe and successful discharge supervision of Physical Therapy Assistant communicating with Physicians to ensure fluency of care
- Complete documentation which follows regulatory guidelines (state federal)
What Were Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Currently licensed to practice in the State of MN. New graduates and temporary license holders are encouraged to apply!
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Passion for helping patients reach their goals
- Eagerness to grow with a dynamic expanding practice
